Counseling Week Proclamation at UISD

(Laredo, Texas)-Accompanied by UISD Counselors and David Gonzalez, Associate Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction, Council Member Alex Perez Jr. read a proclamation for 
National School Counseling Week, which is celebrated annually from Feb. 5-9.
The week focuses public attention on the unique contributions of professional school counselors within U.S. school systems and how student’s lives are enhanced as a result of their work.
