Laredo Explorer Post 2304 Hosts the Leadership and Wisdom (LAW) Enforcement Award for Laredo Youth

(Laredo, Texas)-Explorer Post 2304 on Friday, Dec. 1 bestowed the November 2017 Leadership and Wisdom (LAW) enforcement award to Laredo Independent School District recipient Joseph Abraham Flores, a senior at J.W. Nixon High School. Flores distinguished himself with his leadership skills and was nominated to receive the award by his ROTC instructor, Sgt. Major (Ret.) Juan Hernandez and also serves as commander of Nixon’s ROTC battalion.
