New overpass will now enhance mobility of traffic and decrease congestion at US 59 Loop-International Blvd. intersection
LAREDO, TX – After a year and half in construction, effective tomorrow, Saturday, November 4, 2017 during daytime hours, theInternational Blvd. overpass project at US 59 Loop in north Laredo will open to the traveling public.
This project, built by Anderson Columbia, Inc. at a cost of $22 million, will enhance mobility for motorists who use it on their daily commute as well as for travelers passing through Laredo.
An official inaugural event celebrating the opening of Laredo’s latest overpass will be forthcoming in the near future.
