United ISD Opens 2018 “League of Legends Distinguished Alumni Program” Nomination Application Process

(Laredo, Texas)-Recognizing the achievements of successful graduates is the goal of United Independent School District’s League of Legends Distinguished Alumni Program. Nominations are being sought for individuals who graduated prior to 2012 from John B. Alexander High School, Lyndon B. Johnson High School, United High School or United South High School. The nomination application is located on the District website at www.uisd.net.
Any individual may nominate a UISD graduate for this honor. Supporting documentation (such as resumes and news articles), that verify a nominee’s record of accomplishments must accompany each application. Designated selection committees will nominate prospective honorees utilizing the following criteria: Outstanding service to country or community, career advancement and philanthropic/charitable actions. All applications must be submitted to the UISD Office of the Superintendent by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2018. The address is as follows:
