Salinas Fourth Grade Students Collect Donations for Casa de Misericordia

(Laredo, Texas)-As part of their G.T. project, Salinas Elementary fourth grade students Alejandro Escobar, Devon Martinez, Jacob Martinez, and Adam Villarreal sponsored a donation drive for the Casa de Misericordia They were able to collect more than 1,400 items for the shelter including clothing, shoes, kitchen items, and bedding. We commend these young citizens for their compassion and efforts to help others.
