United ISD’s 8th graders of the Month for October 2016

(Laredo, Texas)-Most recently, nine middle school students from United ISD were among those honored as Outstanding 8th Graders for October 2016. These top students were recognized for academic excellence, participating in projects that benefit our community and being good role models.
This month’s ceremony was hosted by Webb C.I.S.D. and Laredo I.S.D. at the Civic Center Ballroom. The Outstanding 8th Grader of The Month Program is sponsored in part by Friends of the Family, KGNS-TV, CBS & ABC, Laredo Medical Center, Family Nissan, Telemundo, and the Laredo Police Department.
