TAMIU Celebrates Diwali Today

(Laredo, Texas)-Students at Texas A&M International University will celebrate Diwali, an ancient Hindu festival celebrating the victory of good over evil, Thursday, Oct. 20 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom.
Admission is free and open to the public. Participants will learn about the meaning of Diwali at the event.
