LAREDO, TX– On Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 7 a.m. and possibly Sunday, August 7, 2016 until work is complete, SER Construction Partners and Oscar Renda Construction crews will be closing Loop 20 northbound between SH 359 and Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.).
Traffic traveling on northbound on Cuatro Vientos Rd. (Loop 20 extension) will be detoured to take the traffic signal at SH 359 exit.
Closed will be the northbound Loop 20 entrance ramp just south of the railroad tracks. Loop 20 northbound frontage road traffic will be detoured and sent back to SH 359 via Loop 20 southbound frontage road.
Loop 20 main lane southbound alternate lane closures will also be in effect as needed in the same section of Loop 20.
