(Laredo, Texas)-Nine middle school students from United ISD were among an exclusive group of students identified as Outstanding 8th graders for the month of March 2016. These top-performing students were honored for academic excellence, being good role models and participating in projects that benefit our community. The March 2016 Outstanding 8th Grader of the Month ceremony was hosted by Washington Middle School,
and sponsored in part by Friends of the Family, KGNS-TV, Laredo Medical Center, Family Nissan/Chevrolet, and the Laredo Police Department.
