(Laredo, Texas)-During the week of December 14, 2015 Andrea Solis, 3rd grader student at Dr. M. E. Malakoff Elementary School took First Place in the 3rd grade division Best of Show title for 2015. Solis’ music and fine arts teacher is Jacqueline Pena. Congratulations to Ms. Solis for her great work!
