(Laredo, Texas)- United I.S.D. held a building dedication ceremony in honor of Crista J. Benavides at United South High School. Crista, a 2013 graduate, was a proud USHS panther student and cheerleader who passed away from cancer that same year.
At the building dedication, family members, friends, current USHS cheerleaders and dance team members gathered in her honor and unveiled a permanent sign that will be outside of the USHS cheer and dance studio. Pictured are United ISD Board members, Central Office and school administrators, family members, and the USHS cheer and dance teams. G-o-o-o-o Panthers!!!
