Alejandro Fernandez Returns to the LEA

LAREDO, TEXAS – One of the most iconic voices in Mexican music, Alejandro Fernandez had the crowd screaming on their feet at the Laredo Energy Arena this Sunday night.
“Alejandro Fernández put on a remarkable show at the LEA,” said Xavier Villalon, General Manager of the SMG – Managed Laredo Energy Arena. “It was a great pleasure to have such a Mexican idol at our arena. He put on a memorable performance in the genres of Bolero, Latin pop, mariachi, and ranchera.”
Fans screamed with joy as Fernández opened his outstanding Confidencias World Tour with the song “Cóncavo Y Convexo.” He performed his biggest hits including traditional rancheras, pop hits and songs from his latest album “Confidencias,” which marks his 14thstudio album. His mariachi, a symbol that characterized him, performed alongside with him.
He also performed the theme song from telenovela La Tempestad “Hoy Tengo Ganas de Ti,” originally a collaboration with pop diva Christina Aguilera. Other popular songs included “Me Dedique A Perdete,” “Cascos Ligeros,” and “Como Quien Pierde Una Estrella.”
The audience were also awestruck by an extraordinary production that counts of more than 250 robotic light, hallucinatory and reflected images on a giant screen that has been recognized worldwide.
