District Attorney Isidro Alaniz issues warning to local businesses

LAREDO, Texas – An individual using multiple aliases, including Terry Mendoza Gonzalez, has been issuing checks to local restaurants, hotels and department stores with two different checking accounts. The names on the checking accounts are Terry, Fay & Keko’s Creative Cupcake Creations from Laredo, Texas and Panda Survey and Research Inc. from Houston, Texas.
Four arrest warrants have been issued by the District Attorney’s office for this individual.
