(Laredo, Texas) The Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Center celebrates National Occupational Therapy Month with a luncheon with special guests, Gary Prescott, Dr. Earl A. Stanley, Dr. Davin Cordell and Dr. John R. Faust. The Center, together with the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, provide monthly orthopedic clinics which benefit children with cerebral palsy, club foot, scoliosis, spina bifida and more.
