Laredo Chamber of Commerce Launches Centennial Speaker Series

Laredo, Texas – Laredo Chamber of Commerce recently announced the first engagement in a three part Centennial Speaker Series sponsored by IBC Bank. The Speaker Series is part of a year-long celebration commemorating the Chamber’s 100th Anniversary.
The Speaker Series officially kicks off on Wednesday, March 18th at 8:00 a.m. with a presentation entitled “Vision 100: The City”, featuring Laredo Mayor- Pete Saenz. The presentation will disclose many significant projects developing in Laredo, including updates on highly anticipated initiatives for the city. It will be held at the IBC Annex Building, located at 2418 Jacaman Road and is open to all Chamber members. Complimentary breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
The complete Speaker Series will include three engagements with high profile speakers touching on the progress and future of Laredo and the surrounding areas. Future series dates are tentatively scheduled for June 3rd and August 12th of this year. On June 3rd, the Centennial Speaker Series will welcome the honorable Webb County Judge, Tano Tijerina with an update on projects and initiatives of Webb County.
