UHS Senior Signs Navarro Junior Collge Scholarship

(Laredo, Tx)-On February 6, 2015, United High School baseball player Eddy Gonzalez signed a scholarship to attend Navarro Junior College in Corsicana, Texas. The Longhorn senior has played baseball for UHS since his freshman year. Coach J.J. Gomez praised Gonzalez for his hard work. “This day has arrived because Eddy has earned it through his dedication to the sport and his academics”, said Gomez.
Gonzalez thanked his parents and coaches for their support. His long-term goal is to attend the University of Texas at Austin to study international business and law. “I thank my parents my coaches for their support and encouragement over the years” said Gonzalez.
