(Laredo, Tx)-On Friday November 14th , District III Council Member Alex Perez, Jr. recognized Bertha H. Lailson on her 100th birthday. She was surrounded by her family and friends, at the Laredo landmark restaurant she made famous with her delectable chicken flautas.
