(Laredo, Tx)-City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas had the opportunity to meet with former President Bill Clinton at the U.S. Conference of Mayors event celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Community Oriented Policing Program, signed into law by President Clinton.
