LAREDO, TX – Beginning Wednesday Sept. 24 at 8 a.m., FM 190 will be closed from one mile west of FM 1916 to 13th Street in Asherton. The closure will allow for the demo and replacement of the bridges as part of ongoing improvements to FM 190. During the closure, traffic will be rerouted on US 83. Only local traffic will be allowed between FM 1916 and US 83 and from 13th Street to US 83. No thru traffic will be llowed between FM 1916 and 13th Street in Asherton.
This closure will be in effect until April 2015.
Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
