LAREDO, TEXAS— Hip-Hop followers from all over Laredo came to the SMG-Managed Laredo Energy Arena for what turned out to be the summer’s Hip-Hop event. The line-up included Briana Brandy, Devin the Dude, Paull Wall, and headliner, on his second time in Laredo, Juicy J on his Still Not Sober Tour.
