TAMIU Open House Next Week

(Laredo, Tx)-Students considering higher education possibilities for Fall 2014 should make plans to attend the Texas A&M International University Open House scheduled Tuesday, May 20 – Thursday, May 22 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the Senator Judith Zaffirini Student Success Center.
This event is free of charge and open to the public.
The TAMIU Open House is intended to help students, their friends and family learn about the International U, its resources, its programs and their futures at TAMIU.
Visitors will have access to a variety of resources of information available, including applying, financing and living a new higher education life.
Financial aid counselors will be available to help students with online electronic filing. Assistance will be available to help with applications and review schedules. Information will also be available on testing and student life. Faculty from various disciplines will be available.
There will also be food. Outreach efforts such as this give visitors a true sense of what TAMIU is about.
Other Open Houses are scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 – Thursday, June 19 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Tuesday, Aug. 5 – Wednesday, Aug. 6 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
