(Laredo, Tx)-City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas visited new mothers at Doctors Hospital (003 and 009) and Laredo Medical Center (98 and 36), giving them all roses, congratulating them, helping them welcome their new bundles of joy and to wish them all a very Happy Mother’s Day.
“Mother’s Day is a very special holiday for me,” said Mayor Salinas. “I want to honor and celebrate these new moms who will get to enjoy the holiday with their brand new babies.”
