LAREDO, TX – Weather permitting on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., the traveling public can expect lane closures on Loop 20 north- and southbound between Ben Cha Drive and Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.) for placement of a traffic lane delineator system.
