(Laredo, Tx)-City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas welcomed SCAN, representatives from the Laredo Police Department and Webb County Sheriff’s Office, and others, to proclaim the month of April as Alcohol Awareness Month.
It is important that we all talk to our youth about the dangers of alcohol,” said City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas, who has famously proclaimed throughout his years in office that he does not consume alcohol.
