City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas continued with his monthly recognition of new businesses in our community, including:  Dr. Nedil Antonini, Chef Jose Espinoza, of The Caterer; Eber Kissi, Sr. Eber, Jr. Rachel, Ricardo and Flor Kissi of Tacos Kissi; Laura Cervantes of Avanti; Jesse Gonzalez of Royal Receptions; William Solis of Quail Creek Self-Storage; Brian Yzaguirre and Humberto Trevino of Cavendars Western Outfitter; and Elva and Javier Chapa of D’Yoly Bridal Boutique.
