TAMIU Binational Center Hosts Eagle Ford Consortium Meeting

The Texas A&M International University Binational Center will host an Eagle Ford Consortium meeting Wednesday, Jan. 29 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom.
This is the first meeting of the Eagle Ford Shale Consortium members and their guests in Laredo.
Speakers include special guests from Mexico City.
The agenda includes a panel discussion, “Energy Reform in Mexico / Impact on Foreign Investors,” a question and answer session, and presentations by Matt Barr, consultant, Strategic Public Affairs; and by geologists of the Burgos Basin’s Geological Area.
The Consortium will also be presenting the new Binational Committee, which will be housed at the TAMIU Binational Center.
