Man Arrested for Shooting Incident

(Laredo, Tx)-On Friday November the 29, 2013 Police Officers witnessed a person in blue ford focus shooting at a Ford Escape. The incident occurred at 2 am on I-35 and Lafayette. The victim’s exited IH-35 and Saunders, no injuries were reported. The suspect was eventually stopped at Victoria and IH-35 one subject identified as Eduardo Alejandro Garcia, 19 years old, was arrested and charged with Deadly conduct.
Arresting Officers located a 40 caliber Beretta semi-automatic handgun. The serial number returned as a stolen firearm. Garcia was additionally charged with theft of firearm. He was booked and taken to jail.
