United ISD Students recognized as Community Role Models

(Laredo, Tx)-The November 2013 Community Role Model Awards ceremony was hosted by the Webb County Sheriff’s Office. Four United I.S.D. students were recognized for being positive role models and maintaining excellent grade point averages. The Recipients for the award are; Anahi Arrambide from L.B. Johnson High School, Miguel Madrigal from Alexander High School, Mariza Molina from United High School and Mariel Morales from United South High School.
The Community Role Model Awards are sponsored monthly by the Webb County Sheriff’s Office, KGNS-TV, Laredo’s CW, Telemundo, Fernando A. Salinas Charitable Trust, and Elysian Club.
