(Laredo, Tx)-City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas recently recognized John B. Alexander High School Senior Armando Soto, III, for participating in the United Senate Page program in the nation’s capital under the sponsorship of Senator John Cornyn.
Mayor Salinas and Armando traded stories of their time and Washington, D.C., while Mayor Salinas wished him the best of luck in his future endeavors, which including plans to attend law school and get back into government and politics.
