(Laredo, Tx)-Vector Contractors, contractor for AEP, will be closing San Francisco Avenue between East Hillside Road and Calton Road, tomorrow, Wednesday, November 27, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for removal of poles.
