SALINAS ELEMENTARY STUDENTS HOST SUCCESSFUL PET FOOD DRIVE FOR LAREDO ANIMAL PROTECTIVE SOCIETY

(Laredo, Tx)-Students in Cassidy Martinez’s fourth grade class at Salinas Elementary School recently held a pet food drive to benefit animals at the Laredo Animal Protective Society. Pictured with their impressive donations from left to right, are: Victor Melgarejo, Natalie Pena, and Arturo Davalos.
Their collection efforts were successful as they received several hundred pounds of pet food for shelter animals. The Laredo Animal Protective Society gladly accepts donations of pet food, newspaper, blankets, disinfectant and cleaning items such as brooms and mops during regular business hours.
