Police Need Help Identifying Man

(Laredo, Tx)-On September 3rd LPD was dispatched to 100 Convent, Int`l Bridge  on a recovered stolen vehicle report.  Customs reported to police that t hey had a male subject detained for driving a stolen vehicle.  The truck plates hit a confirmation of a stolen car report out of Arlington.  The vehicle 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pick-up with a registered owner out of Grand Prairie Texas. 

After checking the vehicle from the inside officers noticed the ignition had been tampered with and the vehicle was still on, in which suspect said there was no keys to turn it off. 

Officers spoke to the driver of the vehicle.  He was identified as Jesse James Alvarez-Juarez  residing in San Antonio Tx.  James stated to officers that a relative had told him to take the truck into Mexico to go pick up a family member, but was sent back into the U.S. due to him not having insurance on the vehicle. 

Jesse James Alvarez-Juarez was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle SJF.  He was taken to Laredo Police Dept. headquarters where he was booked, processed and adviced of his Miranda Warning Rights.  He was later remanded to Webb County Jail in lieu of No Bond set by JP O. Liendo.  A male suspect (pictured above) was seen driving the vehicle and needs to be identified by police.  If anyone knows the identity of the man seen above call Laredo Police at 795-2800 or Crime Stoppers at 727-TIPS.
