LAREDO, TX – Weather permitting beginning on Monday, October 14 through Friday, October 18, 2013, Gilmar construction will conduct island removal work for future construction of Loop 20 westbound to eastbound turnaround at IH 35 (lower level). As result, Loop 20 westbound approaching IH 35 (lower level) and southbound IH 35 (lower level) outside lane will experience single lane closures throughout the week.
Motorists should slow down, drive with extreme caution, prepare to merge and look out for workers..
At all times, the traveling public should all observe all advance warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
