(Laredo, Tx)-Municipal Court Judge Rosie Cuellar will be hosting a community outreach program this coming Saturday October 26th. The workshop is being held in conjuction with the Laredo Police Department and Teens in the Driver Seat at the Laredo Municipal Court starting at 10:oo a.m. and ending at 1:00p.m..
