Lucky 7 Casino Robbery

Lucky 7 Suspect copyOn October 20, 2013, at approximately 9:53 pm, the Laredo Police Department Communication received a call about a robbery that just occurred at the Lucky 7 Casino located at 320 W. Village Blvd.  The caller stated that she had just been robbed.   Witnesses at the scene stated that an unknown male subject entered the office of the casino and demanded the money at gunpoint.  The suspect then fled the scene with the money. 

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male approximately in his early 20’s, dark complexion, medium build, about 5’ 7” in height, thin mustache, wearing an olive green baseball cap with a logo “MARINES” in yellow letters, he was wearing an olive green long sleeve button shirt, and dark blue jeans. The suspect allegedly grabbed the money and placed it in his bag, the business later stated that there was over $9, 000 in U.S. Currency that was taken. Police conducted a canvass of the area where the suspect reportedly fled towards. Police later located the suspect’s baseball cap which was recovered as evidence.
