Mr. Rodriguez traveled to Laredo, Texas from Chicago, IL. Mr. Rodriguez was at Mall del Norte with a relative when he wandered off and disappeared. Mr. Rodriguez suffers from Alzheimer`s disease and has high blood pressure.
Mr. Rodriguez was last seen wearing a Navy Blue Shirt, Navy Blue Jeans and Black Shoes.
