LAREDO, TX – Weather permitting beginning Tuesday, May 14, 2013, westbound traffic exiting Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.) to State Loop 20 WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED a right-turn only onto State Loop 20 northbound.
Moreover, Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.) westbound traffic exit State Loop 20 WILL NOT BE PERMITTED continued travel onto Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.) westbound NOR be able to turn left onto Loop 20 southbound. However, these motorists may use the Loop 20 northbound turnaround at US 59 (Saunders Ave.) for both continued travel on Loop 20 southbound and/or turn to Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.) westbound.
These changes in traffic pattern will help Loop 20 traffic flow in the advent of the planned Loop 20 over SH 359 bridge opening next week.
