Man Walks Away with Women’s Leggings From Factory 2u

(Laredo, Tx)-On February 6, 2013 Officers responded to Factory 2 u located at 1201 Farragut St for a theft that had just occurred. Upon arrival they met with the manager who had identified the person who had committed the theft and had trespassed as being Marcos Adolfo Barba . Officers obtained a voluntary statement from Graciela Rodriguez explaining what occurred the day of the incident.
The manager explained that Marcos Barba on February 6, 2013 entered the store grabbed and took merchandise that later was found to be approximately 30 girls` leggings from a store rack. The manager stated that Marcos Barba was a repeat offender that he had been looked into a criminal trespass violation back in April 7, 2010 and almost every week he goes in the store and steals merchandise. A warrant was obtained for Marcos A. Barba for Theft, bond was set at $1000.00 by J.P. Hector Liendo another warrant was obtained for Marcos A. Barba for Criminal Trespass with bond set at $5000.00 by J.P. Hector Liendo.
