Judge Elma Teresa Salinas Ender Won’t Seek Re-Election

(Laredo, Tx)-Judge Elma Teresa Salinas Ender has announced her decision not to seek another term in office. When Governor Mark White made that historic appointment in 1983, Judge Ender became the youngest woman and first Hispanic female to serve as a district court judge in Texas.
“It has been my privilege to serve the citizens of Webb County. I wish to thank you for the trust and confidence you have bestowed on me. I have worked diligently to uphold my pledge to administer justice fairly and impartially and to serve as the judge of the 341st District Court with the dignity and respect the office deserved.”
Judge Ender has been the longest serving district judge in Webb County in recent history, serving one appointed term and seven elected terms consecutively.

I wish to publically acknowledge and thank my husband, David, my daughters, my mother, father, brothers, family and friends who have wholeheartedly supported me these many years in public life.”

Judge Ender has been active in many professional, civic and community organizations in Webb County and the State of Texas and has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions. Judge Ender plans to serve out the remainder of her term.

2007-CRP179-03, y al cometer el ultimo fraude en el 2009 se deberia de haber detenido,pero siempre la libra pagando Jueces. Y ahora con su protegida Elma Salinas se libro de 2 anos de Carcel. La corrupcion sigue.
La Juez Elma Salinas,esta incubriendo a su sobrina Pamela Garza Salinas,dicha criminal esta fichada por mas de 19 anos,abusando de la confianza de ancianos,duenos de Home Healths,escuelas y tiene un historial que varias veces ha estado a punto de ir a la carcel y por influencias de familiares como esta juez se ha librado,pero pensamos llegar a denunciar en el Senado de la Republica de E.U. si es preciso. Dicha persona tubo corte el dia 12 de Octubre a las 9.00 am y tendra la corte el 31 de Octubre a las 2.oo pm. Ya se le habia otorgado carcel de 2 anos,pero por la influencia de su tia la Juez Elma Salinas,se postergo hasta el 31 de Octubre, y asi lleva 10 anos escapandose de ir a la Carcel dicha criminal.
