The Laredo Police Homicide Division made two more arrests in the murder of David Jalomo on September 23, 2008. Luis Antonio Espinoza 07-21-91 and a 15 year old male juvenile were arrested and served with the alleged murder of David Jalomo. This is in addition to the arrest of Roberto Mata Jr. with the same murder charge. The minor was detained and taken to Webb County Juvenile Detention Center and Luis Antonio Espinoza was taken to Webb County Jail and held with a $250,000 bond set by J.P. Veliz.
