On 12/19/08 the suspect in the white shirt used a stolen credit /debit card to make an unauthorized charge. The victim had lost their card the same day at an ATM machine and the suspect used it without the consent of the victim. The suspect bought a Flat Panel T.V. with the card.  The suspect's vehicle is included on a JPG image. Anyone with information on this suspect can call the Laredo Police Department Crimes Against Property Division @ 795-2800 or 795-2860.
