ARMANDO VILLANUEVA

A second suspect was arrested for the shooting that occured on Piedra China. Arturo Riojas was the victim who received a wound from that drive by shooting.  Villanueva was charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Three Counts Deadly of Conduct.  J.P. Rangel held Villanueva under a total $300,000 bond. The Juvenile Enforcement served the warrant along with Patrol and Warrants Division at Villanueva’s home on 309 Bustamante.
