On Thursday, September 11, 2008, a female subject was served with an arrest warrant for Theft by Deception.

According to a complainant, the female subject had offered to help post bond for a family friend who was being held at the Webb County Jail. The complainant gave the amount of $2,500.00 dollars to the female, who had offered to post the bond. After days and weeks, this individual never complied.

Arrested and charged with Theft by Deception, SJF was:

Mary Martha Waller Age 52

She was booked and charged at the Laredo Police Department, and then transported to the Webb County Jail where bond on the warrant was set at $20,000.00 dollars.
