On Monday, September 08, 2008 at approximately 3:08 AM., Laredo Police Officers were dispatched to the Motel 9 located at the 2500 block of E. Saunders St., for a reported Robbery. Upon arrival, officers were given information that would later lead to the arrest of a male subject.

At approximately 4:58 AM., Laredo Police patrol officers came upon a vehicle that match the description given at the intersection of Saunders Street and Bartlett Ave. Upon further investigation by the patrol officers, a male subject was arrested. A weapon was also recovered.

Arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery F/1 and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity F/2 was:

Luis Cipriano III Age 24

The male subject was transported to the Laredo Police Department, where he was booked and charged. He was then transported to Webb County Jail where no bond was set by J.P. Oscar Liendo.
