On 04/03/09, members of the Laredo Police Narcotics/Vice Unit along with the assistance of patrol officers arrested one LUIS MARTINEZ D.O.B. 02-12-86 and one ROGELIO GARZA D.O.B. 10-25-85 for one count each of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, 2ND DEGREE FELONY. Both subjects were processed, charged, and later transported to the Webb County Jail where they remained pending magistration.
