Intoxication Manslaughter

Ruben Rubio, 03-06-73, was arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter Felony 2. Rubio was involved in an Auto –Pedestrian fatality accident a few months ago. The Texas DPS crime lab in Austin, Texas just sent the criminal toxicology results which indicated that Rubio tested positive for cocaine while driving a motor vehicle. The test result was presented to the District Attorney’s Office who issued the arrest warrant for Mr. Rubio. Rubio turned himself in to Laredo Police today in the early afternoon. He is held under a $200,000 Bond set by J.P. O. Liendo.
