CHASE ENDS IN ARREST

On Monday October 27, 2008 at approximately 3:30 p.m. a routine traffic stop for speeding turned into a pursuit when Roy Stark, 09-06-87. Starks led police on a brief chase by Frank Sinatra Boulevard after he was speeding on Jacaman Rd. The chase ended when the GMC Envoy he was driving crashed into a Nissan X-terra with a family in it. The passengers were not seriously hurt. Stark was arrested for Evading Arrest Using a Motor Vehicle State Jail Felony. Bond information was not available at the time of the release.
