Domestic Disturbance Leads to Narcotics Bust!
On Sunday, December 21, 2008 at 6:31pm Officers were dispatched to a verbal family dispute by a residence on the 3800 block of Alexandra CT. Upon Officers arrival they made contact with two unknown male suspects but as one of the male suspects opened the door both Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the residence. The officers advised them that they had gotten a 911 call of a domestic dispute and had to check to make sure everyone in the home was OK. As the officers checked thru the residence to make sure everything the odor of marijuana became more apparent. The male suspect at first denied it, but then complied by showing the officers where it was stored, which was in one of the bedroom closets in the home. The Officers detained both males which then showed them where more marijuana was stored in the house. The officers noticed two females, both carrying infants, running thru the back yard trying to elude the officers. The officers called for assistance as they chased after the fleeing female suspects. Police detained them then returned them back to the scene with the assisting units. Narcotics officers were called in to assist and 4 persons identified as Francisco Martinez 34; Esteban Leanos 23; Rosalinda Garza 20; Diomede Diaz 29 were all arrested and transported to the Laredo Police Department for investigation by narcotic officers who will follow up the case.
