(Laredo, Tx) The United South Silver Steppers Booster Club needs your help to raise money for their trip to Galveston, Tx in which they will compete in the Nationals Competition against other students fromt he State of Texas. The competition will be held on March 27th & 28th, 2010. They recently held a plate sale to raise some of the funds. We are having a Steak Plate Sale Saturday April 10th 2010 at O’reillys Auto Parts corner of Guadalupe and Tilden for Little Ruth Dalila Martinez 10 years of age whom has been stricken with Leukemia. The Plate Sale will run from 11:00 a.m. thru 3:00 p.m. The Plates are going for $5. All monies will go towards medical assistance for the little lady. Thanks for your participation.

One of the many wonderful aspects of our country’s political system is the freedom to post signs in support of candidates running for office. However, once the elections are over, it is important for all those candidates and their supporters, to help keep a community clean by removing all signs.
