 Laredo, Texas (Webb County) – On the morning of May 11,2011, at approximately 9:11 a.m., Webb County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a call regarding an incident at a ranch located on north west of highway I-35 north of Laredo. Upon arrival, Sheriff’s Deputies discovered Isauro Fructoso Serena, 45 years of age, who had an apparant gunshot wound to the head. Sheriff’s Deputies immediately contacted Emergency Medical Services for assistance. Serena was transported to University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas where he remained in critical condition.  On …

Osama Bin Laden is dead.  President Barack Obama will be have a press conference from the White House officially declaring Bin Laden Dead.  The United States has confirmed that Bin Laden was killed near Islamabad.  His remains are now in U.S. custody.

Elizabeth Edwards wife of former Vice-Presidential nominee John Edwards died today of cancer.  She had the cancer since 2004 she made the illness public after the 2004 Presidential Race.  The Edwards had been separated since her husband acknowledged to having an affair with a campaign staffer during his second run for the  White House.  Elizabeth Edwards was 61.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Leslie Nielsen, who traded in his dramatic persona for inspired bumbling as a hapless doctor in “Airplane!” and the accident-prone detective Frank Drebin in “The Naked Gun” comedies, died on Sunday in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. He was 84.
